Use of the Nevada Standardized Reclamation Cost Estimator (SRCE) and Mine Closure Cost Estimator (MCCE) models are conditioned upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions set forth below, as they may be amended from time to time.

1. Any copy you make of the documents or materials obtained from this program shall retain all copyright and other proprietary notices. 2. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, translate, make any attempt to discover the source code of the model (Software), or create derivative works from the Software. 3. You may not publish the Software on any internet site accessible to the public without prior written permission 4. The SRCE and MCCE programs are intended for the use of mine operators, mining regulators, consultants and other persons involved in the calculation of mine site reclamation bonds. This program is for your use to assist you in work with your projects. You cannot assign, transfer or sublicense this model, or use this model to develop your own programs without prior written permission from the copyright holder(s). 5. The SRCE and MCCE models are designed only as an estimating tool and relies on subjective input from the user, therefore it cannot be guaranteed to provide accurate representation areas, volumes, lengths or costs. 6. In no event is the copyright holder(s) liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of your use of this model or the content thereof, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages. 7.
